Yoga Nidra Book
In case you didn’t know, I wrote a book called Practical Yoga Nidra: A 10-Step Method to Reduce Stress, Improve Sleep, and Restore Your Spirit. and it just dropped in December. Coming back to the States after living in France, I was able to see my actual book for the first time only last week. I’m really proud of it and would love to celebrate with you.
