Live Online Yoga Nidra Class

Every Sunday 9–10:15 am Mountain Time. Live via Zoom and recorded for replay.

This class provides a supportive space that facilitates a mindful community and helps us practice waking up to the beauty and miracles of life. It allows us to discover then marry our perfectly broken humanness to our perfectly whole beingness as we wake up to what it truly means to be a human being.

This weekly, live, online Yoga Nidra class is a non-denominational, non-dogmatic gathering of supportive, friendly, and loving people who come together to share and practice spirit.

We share stories, myths, and poetry, explore ideas, and most of all enjoy the nurturing and illuminating practice of Yoga Nidra.

Enjoy each class from the comfort of your own house. Each class is recorded and sent as a replay in case you can’t make it live.
