Start a gratitude journal and practice daily gratitude by simply writing down three things you’re grateful for.

Each day chose one of the three things and write a short paragraph.

You may also choose to share your gratitude list with someone (optional).

Make it a daily ritual every day for 14 days and see what benefits emerge in your life.

I guarantee that this gratitude practice will shape the rest of your day. Continued exposure to gratitude will begin to change your character. Plus, gratitude is perhaps the most contagious thing on earth. There’s really no cure for it but more gratitude.
