Join Scott, Tzaddi, and MitSukha on an unforgettable yoga retreat on the paradisiacal Caribbean island of Grenada.

Rejuvenate body, mind, and spirit, rest in the sun, and even give back to the island with cultural and environmental eco excursions.

The retreat will be held at the beautiful Coyaba beach resort, only steps away from the world-famous Grand Anse beach.

For 7 days, you'll enjoy daily, all-levels yoga and meditation classes, delicious meals, tropical breezes, and the warmth of the sun. You’ll also love lounging by the pool, swimming in the ocean, eco excursions, and more. 

 

Intention

Our intention for this retreat is to help make your body, mind, and spirit joyful and present with a full banquet of delicious yoga practices, picturesque touring, and a warm cultural immersion.

This will be a yoga retreat of a lifetime. Our hope is that you will deepen your practice, discover the world, and treat yourself, returning back home to offer the best, most restored version of yourself to you family, job, and community!

 

Details

June 10–17, 2023

We’ve got all the details covered. On the day of the retreat, we’ll pick you up from the airport and for the next 7 days, you’ll relax in an island paradise. We will also drop you off back to the airport after the retreat.

 

Tuition includes:

  • Daily all-levels yoga and meditation

  • Pick up and drop off to airport

  • 2 exquisite meals per day

  • Beautiful accommodations (shared or private) each room with a private bath

Your Instructors:
Scott, Tzaddi, and Mitsukha

Scott has been teaching yoga since 2000 and specializes in restore, therapeutic vinyasa, and especially Yoga Nidra. He is the author of two books: Practical Yoga Nidra: and 5-Minute Manifesting Journal. He’s also written for or been featured in many publications as well as and his own blog at scottmooreyoga.com. His online Yoga Nidra teacher training is rated among the top 5 online Yoga Nidra teacher trainings in the world. Scott was a professor at Westminster College for 9 years teaching Yoga for Wellness. Scott teaches yoga and Yoga Nidra trainings, workshops, and retreats in the US, Europe, and Asia and is currently living in Southern France.

Tzaddi is an artist, mother, spiritual guide and founder of Bija Garden of Wellbeing, an initiative who seeks to reclaim our indigenous wellness. With over 15 years of yoga experience and 7 years teaching experience, she’s also a level 3 qualified Personal Trainer. Her background in arts & entertainment helped her define her body as an instrument. Her journey through yoga has helped her appreciate and refine herself as a holistic vessel. With Caribbean origins originating from Africa and India, she has lived in the UK, the US, and India. Tzaddi specializes in accessible, soulful, nurturing and joyful practices which encourage release and relief through befriending a breathful body. She also leads classes and retreats locally & internationally, online and in-person. Tzaddi also loves writing, recording, producing, and creating. MitSukha has been practicing and teaching yoga and meditation for the past 15 years and runs yoga teacher training and retreats between the Caribbean and the U.S.  Trained in the Himalayan tradition, distinguished by a living connection to an ancient wisdom tradition of the Himalayan Masters.  MitSukha is a featured teacher on Yoga International’s online platform and the Insight Timer meditation app. Her teaching focuses on the practices of systematic relaxation, the inner work, central to the unfolding of life’s highest state, that of bliss, ease and well being. Accommodations

This beautiful beach resort of Coyaba offers clean, stylish and very comfortable accommodations. Rooms can be shared or private. Each room has a private bathroom. The resort is situated right along the world-famous Grand Anse beach for your enjoyment.

There are limited single rooms. If you choose a shared occupancy room, we'll assign you a roommate unless you come with a friend.

In addition to dynamic yoga practicices which will be geared to all-levels and will be a mix of active, therapeutic, restore, and meditation, guided by three experts, you’ll also enjoy:

Reserve your spot with your $500, non-refundable deposit.
The remainder of your tuition will be due no later than May 7, 2023. 

Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel and receive a tuition refund (without your non-refundable deposit) prior to April 1, 2023. You may also sell or give your spot to someone else in the event that you cannot come. If we have a waitlist, we can help you find someone else who may want your spot, however it is not guaranteed.
